Diagnosis:
Proximochorate cyst, cornucavate, moderately compressed dorsoventrally, peridinioid with one apical horn and usually two symmetrically developed antapical horns. Cyst wall pigmented brownish, comprising thin periphragm with spinose ornament and thick endophragm. Paratabulation indeterminate, incompletely indicated by parasutures, archeopyle, paracingulum and sometimes parasulcus. Archeopyle hexa-intercalary, formed by the loss of paraplate 2a.
