Multispinula
From Williams et al., 2017:
[Multispinula, Bradford, 1975, p. 3067
Harland and Reid in Harland et al. (1980, p.222) considered Multispinula to be not validly published in Bradford (1975) because it lacked a Latin diagnosis. However, since the type is a fossil, a Latin diagnosis is not a requirement.
Type species: Multispinula quanta, Bradford, 1975 (fig.5)]
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Original description: [Bradford, 1975]:
Diagnosis:
Proximate cysts, ovoidal, circular or rhomboidal in ambitus, ovoidal to reniform in polar view. Characteristic rows of apparently solid spines ornament the phragma. No antapical horns, but with or without an apical projection. Intercalary archaeopyle. No tabulation, but can have a cingular and sulcal zones.
