Description:
Cyst shape spheroidal to ovoidal, without parasutures, paracingulum or parasulcus. It possesses a single layered wall (autophragm) and an apical archaeopyle. The operculum is adherent (attached, Evitt, 1967: 33-34, text-fig.34) and has a characteristic `clover leaf" shape ([Brenner and Dürr, 1986] Text-Fig.1, Fig.3). The operculum is formed from plates 1`?, 2`, 3` and 4`.
