Goniosphaeridium granulatum n. sp.

Type: The specimen shown on Plate 9, Fig. 15, and preserved in specimen "Santos" 2.
Diagnosis: A Goniosphaeridium species with a nearly spherical central shell and fairly well-defined appendages. The surface of the central shell is distinct, while that of the appendages is less granulated.
Material and dimensions: One specimen; central shell approx. 22 μ, total approx. 55 μ.
Occurrence: "Santos" 307 ft.
