Necrobroomea exigua

Necrobroomea exigua (Alberti, 1961) Wiggins, 1975

Now Batioladinium?. Originally Broomea, subsequently (and now) Batioladinium?, thirdly Necrobroomea, fourthly Imbatodinium.
Below, 1990, gave the citation, "Necrobroomea exigua (Alberti 1961) comb. nov."
Lentin and Williams, 1993, questionably retain this species in Batioladinium.
Below, 1990, suggested that this species may be simply a smooth variant of Batioladinium? (as Necrobroomea) pelliferum (Alberti, 1961) Brideaux, 1975.

Alberti, 1961, p.26: Broomea exigua
Broomea exigua differs from B. jaegeri in the stoudy outline of the shell, and the shape of the antapical horns. The apical horn of B. exigua is much shorter.
