Adnatosphaeridium tutulosum
From Fensome et al., 2019:
Adnatosphaeridium tutulosum, (Cookson and Eisenack, 1960a, p.8, pl.2, figs.12–13) Morgan, 1980, p.14.
Holotype: Cookson and Eisenack, 1960a, pl.2, fig.13; Fauconnier and Masure, 2004, pl.1, fig.3.
Originally Cannosphaeropsis, subsequently Cannosphaeropsis?, thirdly (and now) Adnatosphaeridium.
Age: Cenomanian.
Locus typicus: Carnarvon Basin, Australia
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Original description as Cannosphaeropsis tutulosa: [Cookson and Eisenack, 1960, p. 8]:
Description:
Shell sphaerical, with numerous radial processes of equal width which divide distally and join with neighbouring branches to form the series of relatively wide and deep loops with which the shell is invested.
Dimensions:
Holotype: Diameter of shell about 33 µm, overall diameter 70 µm.
Two other examples are of approximately the same size.
