Cavate cysts, capsule rhomboidal to ovoidal. Periphragm of almost equal length and breadth and strongly compressed dorso-ventrally. Epitract shorter than hypotract and obtusely triangular in outline with rounded apex and concave sides. Hypotract tapering to rounded, truncated, or rarely pointed antapex.
