Originally Gonyaulacysta (name illegitimate), subsequently Millioudodinium, thirdly (and now) Cribroperidinium?.
At the time of the transfer, Helenes, 1984, considered this to be a provisionally assigned species of Cribroperidinium.

Age: Late Kimmeridgian-Portlandian
