Cleistosphaeridium leve
From Fensome et al., 2019:
Cleistosphaeridium leve (Maier, 1959, p.308, pl.30, figs.1–2) Davey et al., 1969, p.16. Holotype: Maier, 1959, pl.30, fig.1; Sarjeant, 1983, pl.2, fig.3, pl.5, fig.1; text-fig.2. Originally Galea (generic name illegitimate), subsequently Baltisphaeridium (Appendix A), thirdly Cleistosphaeridium. Taxonomic senior synonym: Galea (now Chiropteridium) galea, according to Sarjeant (1983, p.108–109). This combination was not validly published in Davey et al. (1966, p.170),
since these authors did not fully reference the basionym. Age: Late Oligocene–Middle Miocene.

Original description as Galea levis: [Maier, 1959, p. 308]: (Translation: LPP)
Diagnosis:
A species of the genus Galea with the following characteristics: capsule completely smooth with just two longitudinal seams. Equatorial opening smooth.
Dimensions:
length 76 µm, breadth 83 µm.
Remark:
Longitudinal seams end at the pole in long, furcate processes. Seams may be frayed or posses of simple processes.
