According to Jansonius (pers. comm. in Lentin and Williams, 1989), this is possibly an acritarch.

Vesicle spherical; two-layered; inner layer less than 0.5Á thick; outer layer closely appressed to inner layer; reticulate; brocci 1.0(3.9)6.6 Ám wide; muri less than 0.5 Ám thick and 1.0-2.0 Ám high; vesicle penetrated by a circular archeopyle 18.0--20.0 Ám in diameter; colourless; equatorial diarneter 44.0-46.2 Ám.
Affinities:
Pocock, 1972, p.101: Differs from Cyclodictyon paradoxus Cooks. and Eisen. in its smaller size and in the lose contact between the two layers making up the vesicle.
