From Fensome et al., 2019:
Tubotuberella dangeardii ssp. primitiva Sarjeant, 1982b, p.44, pl.7, figs.3–4,9–10; text-figs.5a–b.
Holotype: Sarjeant, 1982b, pl.7, fig.9; text-figs.5a–b; Fensome et al., 1993a, fig.3 — p.1089; figs.1,4–5 — p.1289.
Locus typicus: Lincolnshire, England
Stratum typicum: Bathonian
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Original diagnosis: Sarjeant, 1982, p.44
A subspecies of Tubotuberella dangeardii in which the cingulum is moderately broad and relatively feebly laevorotatory (its two ends differing in anteroposterior position by less than 10 times its breadth) and paraplate 6" only of moderate size, having a straight to concave boundary with paraplate 5".
Size: Holotype: length 71 µm, breadth 41 µm, length of apical horn 7 µm, length of antapical pericoel 10 µm. Range of 9 specimens: length 64(68)72 µm, breadth 27(32)41 µm, length of apical horn 5-7 µm, length of antapical pericoel 8(11)12 µm.
