Thalassiphora dynamica (Morgenroth, 1966) Stover and Evitt, 1978

Originally Erikania, subsequently (and now) Thalassiphora.
Taxonomic junior synonym: Thalassiphora (as and now Disphaeria) munda, according to Yun Hyesu (1981, p.70) — however, Lentin and Williams (1985, p.353) retained Disphaeria munda.
