Diagnosis:
Outline of shell varying, caused by the differing positions of the antapical processes. These may arise from the hypotheca or from the equatorial level. Horns widened at the base. Shell often with small protrusions. Membrane smooth or weakly granulate, of yellow to brown color, transparent. Some specimens with irregular opening, which may be interpreted as pylome.

Dimensions:
Length 85 µm, breadth 54 µm, length pf main processes c. 15-22 µm.
Range - Length 78-81 µm, breadth 45-51µm.
