Diagnosis: A subspecies of Spiniferites ancoriferus Cookson & Eisenack 1966 with densely perforated endophragm and smooth to finely perforated periphragm. Central body ovaloidal to ellipsoidal., Broad-based, distally bifurcate or trifurcate gonal processes, which may be bifurcate again in second order, connected by parasutural septa. The parasutural membranes may be reduced to low ridges or very fine lines.
Measurements: holotype: length of central body 42 µm, width of central body 36 µm, length of appendages 12-15 µm; other specimens: length of central body 40-45 µm, width of central body 35-39 µm, length of appendages 6-17 µm.

Occurrence: Profile IAA (46): Gargasia.
