Druggidium rhabdoreticulatum
From Fensome et al., 2019:
Druggidium rhabdoreticulatum Habib, 1973, p.53, pl.2, figs.3–7. Holotype: Habib, 1973, pl.2, fig.6. Originally (and now)
Druggidium, subsequently Raphidodinium. Lentin and Williams (1989, p.122) retained this species in Druggidium.
Age: Valanginian–Albian.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Original diagnosis: Habib, 1973, p.53
Small proximate dinoflagellate cysts with polygonal outline. Average C.I. is 25; range from 24 to 29. Average W.L.R. is 0.81; range from 0.76 to 0.88; W. L. R. of inner body ranges from 0.72 to 0.85. Cyst tabulation ?', 0a, 6'', ?c, 6''', 1p, 1''''; archeopyle and operculum as for genus. Septa low and straight, or gently sinuous; not crenulate. Tract covered over its entire surface by a raised microreticulate membrane supported by short distally recurving baculae. Opercular pieces are adherent at the cingulum in approximately 75 percent of the examples. Forty measured specimens range in maximum diameter from 29 to 40 µm.
