Now Pluriarvalium osmingtonense ssp. rostratum. Originally Pareodinia osmingtonensis ssp. rostrata, subsequently (and now) Pluriarvalium osmingtonense ssp. rostratum.

Same as for the species with the following additional description. The main cyst body of this subspecies is obviously very robust as evidenced by the numerous collapse folds. This feature, along with an extremely elongate, tapering apical horn establishes the subspecies. An apicular structure is present in the form of a rounded thickening.
Dimensions: Holotype, 27 x 83 µm, paratype 40 x 95 µm.
