Now Impagidinium. Originally Gonyaulacysta, subsequently Leptodinium, thirdly Rhynchodiniopsis, fourthly (and now) Impagidinium. Jan du Chêne et al. (1986a, p.210) retained this species in Leptodinium.

Age: Kimmeridgian
