Originally Deflandrea, subsequently Eurydinium, thirdly (and now) Manumiella. See also Alterbia (combination illegitimate).

Stratum typicum: Middle-Late Maastrichtian

Original diagnosis: Kjellström, 1973, p.20: Deflandrea raijae
Deflandrea with pentagonal, granular theca. Truncate apical horn and antapical horns. Psilate, pentagonal inner central capsule, the margins of which extend to the central part of the theca. Well-defined cingulum with margins bulging outwards. Archaeopyle intercalary.
Dimensions: - Length of theca: 70 µm; breadth of theca: 65 µm.
