Deflandrea prutensis (Grigorovich, 1971) Stover and Evitt, 1978
Now Cerodinium. Originally Ceratiopsis (an illegitimate generic name), subsequently Ceratiopsis? (an illegitimate generic name), thirdly Deflandrea?, fourthly (and now) Cerodinium.
Lentin and Williams, 1981, questionably retained this species in Ceratiopsis Vozzhennikova, 1963.
At the time of the transfer, Stover and Evitt, 1978, considered this to be a provisionally accepted species of Deflandrea.
