Galea xiphea Maier, 1959, p. 309

Originally Galea (generic name illegitimate), subsequently Hystrichosphaeridium, thirdly Hystrichokolpoma?.
Taxonomic senior synonym: Hystrichokolpoma rigaudiae, according to Sarjeant (1983, p.104).
Following I.C.N. Article 55.1, the species name Galea xiphea is validly published even though the generic name Galea is illegitimate.
