Original description: Hultberg, 1985, p. 132
Chorate cyst, composed of endophragm and periphragm, appressed between processes. The surface of the endophragm is smooth. The surface of the periphragm is smooth in the processes, otherwise strongly reticulate. The shape of the cyst is subspherical. Paratabulation is expressed by intratabular processes of two types. The first type is large, hollow, and conical to flask-shaped. The process-tips are open, narrow, and slightly serrate. The second type is slender, hollow, and cylindrical. Processes of the first type indicate paraplates 1"" to 5"", 2""" to 5""", and paraplate 1"""". Paraplates 6"" and 6""", if present, are not indicated. Paraplate 1""" is indicated by a comparatively small process of the first type. The paracingular paraplates and paraplate 1p are indicated by processes of the second type. The archeopyle is apical, type tA. Operculum free. Paracingulum is indicated by slender processes. Parasulcus is not indicated. Size - 68-76 Ám (diameter).
