Now Gonyaulacysta cassidata. Originally Gonyaulax helicoidea ssp. cassidata, subsequently Gonyaulax cassidata, thirdly (and now) Gonyaulacysta cassidata.

Dimensions: Type 83 Ám long, 52 Ám broad. Range 71-95 Ám long, 47- 57 Ám broad.
