From Fensome et al., 2019:
Jinhudinium granulatum Qian Zeshu et al., 1986, p.23, pl.1, figs.1–4. Holotype: Qian Zeshu et al., 1986, pl.1, fig.2. Age: Paleocene–Eocene.

Description: Qian Zeshu et al., 1986
Tests a little flattened on dorso-ventral surfaces, ceratioid in outline. Length greater than width or about equal. Upper test larger than lower test, normally in shape of elongated triangle. Sides slightly concave.
Apical horn formed by compression and extension of upper test. Apical end bluntly rounded. Lower test shaped like side horse. Edge slightly convexo-concave. Two forked antapical horns of unequal length, with overlapping bases on different planes. Wall about 1 Ám thick. Surface finely granulate. Granules sometimes regularly aligned and appearing striate. No sulcus, cingulum or inner body. Combination archaeopyle of type AtI3Pa. Transapical archaeopyle suture conspicuously located on flattened surface of upper test. Operculum joined along margin of the equivalent of the paracingulum.
Size: Tests 32 - 50 µm in total length and 30 - 36 µm wide. Antapical horns 7 - 11 µm and 12.5 - 15 µm long respectively (6 measured). Holotype 43 µm long and 37 µm wide; antapical horns 11.5 µm and 10 µm.
Locality and Horizon: Jinhu, Hanjiang and Jiangdu: Second Formation of the Funing Group.
