Original description: Cookson and Eisenack, 1962, p.273
Shell longer than broad, side walls slightly concave upper and lower walls running slant wise, opening relatively large placed to one side of the mid-line. Surface finely granular.
Dimensions: Length of shell 62 µm, width of epitheca 54 µm, opening c. 20 µm.
