Horologinella scabrosa
From Fensome et al., 2019:
Horologinella scabrosa He Chengquan, 1984b, p.162, pl.8, figs.20–21. Holotype: He Chengquan, 1984b, pl.8, fig.20; Pestchevitskaya, 2001, pl.2, fig.9; Pestchevitskaya, 2003, pl.2, fig.15. Age: Oligocene–Early Miocene (according to Pestchevitskaya, 2001, p.106).

Original description: [He Chengquan, 1984b] (translated from Chinese with Google):
Horologinella scabrosa (sp. nov.)
(Plate VIII, Figures 20, 21)
Description: Quadrilateral to nearly rhomboid outline, with varying degrees of concavity on all four sides and smooth, unstructured corners. The shell wall is solid and free of wrinkles, less than 2 microns thick, divided into two layers of nearly equal thickness or with unclear delamination. The surface is rough to granular, with nearly smooth contours. Some specimens may show parallel striations. The ancient mouth is unknown.
The shell is 65-67 μm long, 57.5-65 μm wide, and 50-53 μm narrowest; the holotype is 65 μm long, 65 μm wide, and 53 μm narrowest.
Discussion: The current specimen bears a striking resemblance to Tetraporina sp. 1 (Chen Jianguo, 1978, Atlas of Paleontology of Central and Southern China (IV), p. 439, plate 126, figure 25) and Tetraporina sp. (Segroves, 1967, p. 304, plate 3, figure 22). Of the latter two, one has a granular surface and dates to the Early Permian; the other has a smooth, punctate surface with wrinkled walls and dates to the Late Permian, so they are likely not the same species.
Origin: Shangsi, Guangxi; the second section of the Yongning Group.
