Taxonomic junior synonym: Hystrichokibotium (now Spiniferites) pseudofurcatum, according to Morgenroth (1966a, p.15) — however, Sarjeant (1981, p.108–109) retained Hystrichokibotium (as and now Spiniferites) pseudofurcatum.
