Spherical capsule with irregularly notched or scalloped fringes bearing straight or irregularly curving filamentous and hairlike processes.
Dimensions: Holotype: Maximum diameter 50 µm; length of processes 10-14 µm; thickness of processes 1 µm; density of processes 1 per 5 µm of edge.
