Nexosispinum minimum Prössl, 1990, p.104–105, pl.1, figs.2,4,6,8–9 ex Prössl, 1992b, p.113,115. Holotype: Prössl, 1990, pl.1, figs.2,4,6. This name was not validly published in Prössl (1990, p.104–105), since that author did not specify the lodgment of the holotype. Age: early Hauterivian–early Barremian.

Nexosispinum minimum Prössl, 1990 ex Prössl, 1992. Diagnosis from Prössl (1990, 113,115), the chorate cyst has a smooth periphragm, which is irregularly covered by short, solid intratabular processes, that are often connected to each other. Size: cyst body length 38-45 µm, width 37-47 µm, length of processes 2-9 µm.
