From Fensome et al., 2019:
Kallosphaeridium? inornatum Batten and Lister, 1988, p.344, figs.3a–b,d. Holotype: Batten and Lister, 1988, figs.3a–b. Questionable assignment: Batten and Lister (1988, p.344). Junior homonym: Kallosphaeridium inornatum Prauss, 1989. Age: Hauterivian.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Locus typicus: Warnham Brickworks Pit, Surrey, England
Stratum typicum: Hauterivian
Original diagnosis: Batten and Lister, 1988, p.344
Small, subspherical, thin-walled (1 µm or less), proximate cyst; maximum diameter 30(36.5)40 x 30(36)40 µm (10 specimens). Phragma two-layered, periphragm smooth to scabrate, closely adpressed to endocyst, often crumpled. Paratabulation expressed by archeopyle and sometimes by deep accessory sutures between precingular paraplates. Archeopyle is apical with a ventrally adnate operculum.
