Age: Paleocene.

Description:
The body is small, nearly circular. Wall thickness 1-1.5μm, two layers close, the outer surface granular - short wrinkled.
There are many processes around the body about 20, strip, cross member may be triangular, solid, straight or curved, distally bifurcated or trifurcated (mainly bifurcated on the holotype); branches vary in length, and their ends are simple or slightly bifurcated. The processes are mainly concentrated on the apex, antapex and cingulum of the body, which may indicate that the processes are located at the gonal positions. Sign of sutural ridge absent. There is a thinning area below the apex, which may be related to the precingular apex, because the wall is wrinkled, so that the outline of the archeopyle is not clear.
Dimensions:
Body diameter 35μm, the length of the processes 10-12μm, branches up to 3μm.
Comparison/Affinities:
This new species is quite similar to Achomohaera triangulata, but the latter’s body size is larger (holotype body length 59μm, width 53μm), oval, process long (26μm) and processes ends mainly trifurcated; It differs from A. ramosissima in solid process, the body surface granular - short wrinkles, etc.
