From Fensome et al., 2019:
Bohaidina alvaeolae Xu Jinli and Mao Shaozhi, 1989, p.216–217,222, pl.1, figs.1–6,7a–b,8–11; pl.3, figs.2–5. Holotype: Xu
Jinli and Mao Shaozhi, 1989, pl.1, fig.1. Age: early Tertiary.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Original description: [Xu Jinli and Mao Shaozhi, 1989, p. 222]: (from english abstract):
Diagnosis:
Autocyst polygonal, subrhombic in outline. Four girdle projections with wide base and rounded top developed; two of them ventrally located and better developed, with deep depression between them. Autophragm 1 µm thick, covered with nontabular foveolate ornamentation.
Archeopyle combination, type of [tAa] + 3Ia or [tAa] + 3I. Operculum compound.
(Provisional translation GSC: courtesy R. Fensome):
Dimensions:
54 - 70 (holotype 65) µm in length, 49 - 58.5 (holotype 56) µm in width.
Affinities:
The new species is distinguished by having two girdle projections on dorsal side and foveolate ornamentation to differ it from other species of this genus.
