Original description: [He Chengquan, 1991]: (translated by Suning Hou, 07-01-2019):

Description:
The cyst is small, nearly circular, divided into two unequal parts by the archeopyle. The operculum accounts for about 1/3 of the cyst length. Cyst wall thickness about 1μm, the surface is smooth or corroded. The archeopyle is quite large, close to or at the widest place of the cyst, sub-uppercyst, the edge is gentle wavy. Operculum completely separated and attached in situ.
Cyst wall yellowish green.

Dimensions:
Cyst length 32-32.5 μm, width 29-31.5 μm, the operculum 8-10 μm high (measured 2);
Holotype body length 32 μm, width 29 μm, operculum about 10 μm high.

Affinities/Comparison:
This species is somewhat similar to some of the specimens of Psiloschizosporis, but the former is divided into two distinctly unequal parts by the archeopyle, which is fundamentally different from the equal size latter; It differs from Fromea in nearly circular cyst and broad archeopyle; It differs from Bosedinia laevigata, (Jiabo, 1978) in the small cyst l and larger operculum. The similar specimens were reported in the Upper Epoch of Eocene in member 4 of Shahejie fm, Kenli County, Shandong Province.
