Shell rather thick-walled, nearly circular in outline, with a short apical horn; epitheca ornamented on the ventral surface with a low, thin-walled reticulum which may extend to the upper portion of the hypotheca. Pylome semicircular to broadly triangular.
Dimensions: Holotype: 94 Ám long, 84 Ám broad; horn 12 Ám, pylome 26x37 Ám. Range: 86-90 Ám long, 84-86 Ám broad.
