Deflandrea phosphoritica ssp. phosphoritica forma attenuata Vozzhennikova, 1967

Now Deflandrea Phosphoritica ssp. phosphoritica var. attenuata. Originally Deflandrea phosphoritica ssp. phosphoritica forma attenuata, subsequently (and now) Deflandrea phosphoritica ssp. phosphoritica var. attenuata.

Original description: Vozzhennikova, 1967, p.140-141
Theca almost pentagonal, somewhat elongated along the longitudinal axis. Epitheca larger than hypotheca with a small, attenuated bluntly or acutely pointed apical horn. Lateral walls with blunt angulations behind which the wall is straight or slightly concave. Hypotheca with straight lateral sides and triangular antapical horns which may or may not be attenuated. The transverse furrow is clearly or poorly discernible and is somewhat confined to the lateral outgrowths which are clearly discernible. The internal body is oval or circular and occasionally its upper part is cut off. Its surface is tuberculate or granular. The theca is smooth or finely granular.
Size: Illustrated specimen, length 126 Ám, width 89 Ám; endocyst, length 65 Ám, width 89 Ám. Range, length 126 - 140 Ám, width 75 - 97 Ám. Size of the holotype according to Reissinger: 152 x 105 Ám.
