Description: A small subspherical species of Impagidinium characterized by perforate septae with denticulate margins. The endophragm is smooth, the periphragm microgranulate. In the parasulcal area the ps paraplate is always reflected and in some cases also the lps paraplate is indicated. The lps paraplte is very small.

Discussion: Impagidinium siciliense differs from the morphologically similar I sphaericum Wall, 1967, in possessing denticulate perforate septae.
