Original description (Morzadec-Kerfourn, 1979) Translation PKB, 2025
(Pl. 33, fig. 7). holotype Gabes KST I 03, 3.35 m. slide 20653, R 38-3. Cysts 20 11 in diameter with processes comparable to those of O. centrocarpum have been provisionally grouped alongside this species. They differ from the cysts determined as Form D by Wall et al. 1978 by the size and non-acuminate termination of the processes.
