Original diagnosis: Cookson and EIsenack, 1971, p.220
Shell spherical, closely covered with minute tubercles the bases of which are distinctly circular in outline. An archeopyle has not been observed.
Dimensions: Holotype, diameter c. 48 µm, height of tubercles less than 1 µm.
