Cordosphaeridium gracile forma gracile Autonym. Holotype: Eisenack, 1954b, pl.10, fig.5. Originally Hystrichosphaeridium inodes subsp. gracile forma gracile, subsequently (and now) Cordosphaeridium gracile forma gracile.
