Dracodinium parcilimbatum
Dracodinium parcilimbatum Vasilyeva, 2013, p.119,121, pl.2, figs.1–4.
Holotype : Vasilyeva, 2013, pl.2, fig.2.
Age: Ypresian–Lutetian.
Original description (Vasilyeva, 2013):
Dracodinium parcilimbatum Vassilyeva sp. nov.
Diagnosis. Peridinioid circumcavate cyst of the intermediate size. Pericyst outline rhomboidal with five weakly developed horns. The apical horn rounded, obtuse. The lateral and antapical horns short, equal. Epi- cyst is equal or insignificant longer than hypocyst. The lateral sides of epicyst and hypocyst straight or weakly twisted. Endocyst oval or rhomboidal-oval. Pericoel continuous, middle. Periphragm thin, smooth with the low relief ornamentation along the pericyst ambits. Perifragm has very short distal connected processes on the lateral sides of epicyst, hypocyst and paracingulum. These processed areas are irregular, sporadic. Endophragm is thin, granulated, strongly granulated on the poles. Archeopyle trapezoidal, low, intercalary, type I/I (2a). Operculum attached or absent. Paracingulum defined by the incisions on the lateral horns outline and sometimes by thin short folders on the periphragm. Parasulcus not expressed.
