Lund, J. J. (1996): Jurassic and Cretaceous microfloras used to determine the stratigraphical succession of steeply dipping strata along the Pfahl fault, Bodenwohr halfgraben, NE Bavaria. - N. Jb. Geol. Palaont. Abh., 200: 133-147; Stuttgart. Abstract: Steeply dipping strata from four obliquely drilled shallow wells along the Pfahl fault are investigated palynologically. The succession of Jurassic (Pliensbachian-Aalenian) and Cretaceous (Turonian-Coniacian) microfloras helps to determine whether the strata are overturned or not. For comparison, Lower Jurassic and Cretaceous (Cenomanian through Coniacian) of undisturbed wells of the area are investigated.
