Geneva 1967 vol.2 pp.420-434, pl.3 The stratigraphical distribution of selected dinoflagellate species from the Berriasian to Lower Aptian in the western European type localities at Berrias, Valangin, Hauterive and Angles (the stratotype of the Barremian). Some new forms are described. The The Berrias section is rich in ammonites, and has been described by Le Hegarat, 1965. The Valangin and hauterive sections have been described and studied paleontologically for the 9th European Micropaleontological Colloquium by Haefeli, Maync, Oertli and Rutsch, 1965. The Angles section has been described and the cephalop faunas studied in detail by Busnardo, 1965.
