Mh., 1992, H.3: 150-170 Abstract Benthic foraminifera, ostracods and dinoflagellate cysts from Lower/ Middle miocene ("Hemmoorium to Langeenfeldium") of the brown-coal exploration well L³btheen 46/84 (SW Mecklenburg, Germany) allow to date the upper Malliss- and the lower Pritzier formations and their correlation with other wells in the central and marginal parts of the basin as well as correlations with the zonation based on Uvigerina and dinoflagellate cysts in the NW European Tertiary Basin.
